Get power by obedience.
The Spirit is the most important single element in the work. Without the Spirit you will never succeed regardless of your talen and ability (Ezra Taft Benson).
Tell the people to be humble and faithful and keep the Spirit. D&C 5014,22; 29:34; 3 Nephi 19:9
